Postgraduate Certificate in Cardiac Rehabilitation

We are delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new Postgraduate Certificate in Cardiac Rehabilitation commencing January 2021. This Level 9 programme is awarded by NUI Galway and delivered in partnership with the NIPC.

This PG Certificate welcomes applications from all health and wellbeing practitioners with an interest in the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease. The programme has a strong focus on translational science enabling cutting edge research, policy and latest guidelines to be applied to cardiac rehabilitation practice.

The course is largely delivered online using flexible approaches and draws upon an interdisciplinary expert teaching faculty comprising of international leaders and clinical specialists from cardiology, nursing, nutrition, exercise, behavioural medicine, social sciences and public health.
