Making a Difference Together - The West of Ireland's Diabetes Integrated Care Conference

The National Institute for Prevention and Cardiovascular Health, in partnership with HSE West Diabetes Services, are delighted to announce the 16th West of Ireland Integrated Diabetes Care Conference in the Sligo Park Hotel, Saturday, 14th October 2023, from 9.00am – 1.30pm.

Join national and global experts for a range of hot topic sessions, hands-on interactive workshops and multi-disciplinary case-based discussions. The theme of this year’s conference is Integrated Care – Working Better Together. This year’s keynote speaker is Dr Sarah Davies, GP Partner, Woodlands Medical Centre, Cardiff; All Wales Lead for Diabetes in Primary Care who will be giving her insight on the value based approach to integrated diabetes care.
